Privacy policy

This explains what 5 AM Solution collects through this website and our outreach, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
5 AM Solution builds AI receptionists and WhatsApp assistants for trades and service businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean 5 AM Solution.
What we collect
- When you send the form: your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: your business name, a phone or WhatsApp number, where your enquiries come in, the best time to reach you and your message.
- When you book a call, message us on WhatsApp or email us: what you send us, and what the booking or messaging service passes on to us, such as your name, email address and the time you picked.
- When you visit the site: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, the pages requested and when) to keep the site secure and running. We may count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
If we emailed or messaged your business
We contact businesses by email, and in the UAE sometimes by WhatsApp, about something we noticed on their public website, such as no way to book online. We only use business contact details the business itself publishes, for example on its website or its business listing.
What we keep: the business name, website, city, published contact details and what we noticed on the site. We use it only to contact the business about our service, and we never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our messages with “unsubscribe”, or email abdullah@5amsolution.org. We stop straight away and add you to our do-not-contact list so it stays that way.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a call.
- To prepare a quote, and to set up and support the service if you hire us.
- To keep a record of what we have agreed and discussed.
- To keep the site and the form free of spam and abuse.
We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of services to run the site and talk to you. Each one handles your information only to do its job for us, under its own privacy policy:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- FormSubmit delivers the contact form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace and Gmail run our email.
- Calendly handles bookings, if you pick a time.
- WhatsApp carries messages, if you contact us there.
- Instantly sends our outreach emails, and email verification services check that a published business address can receive mail before we write to it.
These providers may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use advertising or tracking pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner. Calendly and WhatsApp may use their own cookies on their own sites if you open them.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to talk to you, work with you and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep just enough on our do-not-contact list to make sure we don’t contact you again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us contacting you. Email abdullah@5amsolution.org and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example the EU, the UK, California or the UAE, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to the people who need it, and send everything over encrypted connections. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
